Pilates is a system of full body wellness that can help you feel stronger, move better and reduce aches & pains. Be:Poised Pilates offers high quality Pilates teaching in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our beautiful studios are nestled in the West Sussex countryside; on the doorstep of Chichester and with free parking on site. A Pilates haven where you can forget about the bustle of the day and spend time focussing on you.

Please explore our studio timetable below and browse our schedule of group and 1:1 sessions in the studio. Consistency is key to seeing results, and our timetable has been designed to help you fit Pilates into your life your way. You can book the class times and types that best suit your schedule on any given week - there is no need to always choose the same class type and time each week, unless you prefer to. Choose the sessions that best suit your schedule and preference.

New to us at the studio?: We love to welcome new faces and help you discover the benefits of regular Pilates. Here is a quick guide on how to get started with us:

  • Group Mat Classes: All of our group mat classes run on a book as you go system, meaning you can book into whichever class/es best suit your schedule and needs on any given week. You do not need to come in for an induction before joining a group mat class. Simply use the timetable below to book your first class. You will be sent a welcome email within 24 hours of your first booking, which includes helpful class information and a link to our online health form for you to complete before your class.

  • Group Apparatus Classes: You will need an induction programme prior to joining our group apparatus classes, to help ensure you can work safely on the apparatus in line with your body’s individual needs. Induction programmes are usually 1-4 sessions, depending on previous experience, and can be taken as 1:1s or private duets/trios.   • 1:1 sessions: If you would like to book an ad hoc 1:1 session and see some availability on the calendar please do go ahead and book in. If you are new to us you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours of your first booking. We may also get in touch via email to find out a little more about you and your needs ahead of your session so that we can best tailor your session to your needs. Our 1:1 sessions are very busy so if you are looking for regular 1:1 sessions on an ongoing basis it is best to contact us to discuss availability.

  • MAT WORK

    Group mat classes can be a great, accessible way into Pilates for many people. In our group mat classes we guide you through the mat work with options and variations to suit your body. From traditional mat work classes, to our Strong Foundations Class, and our Mat & Barrels lunchtime class, there is something for everyone.   • PILATES APPARATUS STUDIO

    The apparatus was designed by Joseph Pilates to help support, guide and challenge the body. We have clients of all ages and abilities working with us in the apparatus studio. Whether you are looking to build strength, ease aches and pains, improve mobility or support other training such as for sporting events, the apparatus can be a wonderful place to discover more about your body and hpw it moves.

  • PREGNANCY

    Be:Poised Pilates Owner Gina has a wealth of experience in working with people during pregnancy, postnatal and beyond. We offer a specialist group Pregnancy Pilates mat class, as well as welcoming pregnant clients into our apparatus studio for private sessions and group classes. We can be here with you every step of the way, enabling you to work with a teacher you understand you and your needs.

  • POSTNATAL

    We offer a special Introduction to Postnatal Pilates course for those returning to physical activity after childbirth, taking you through the foundations and helping you grow in strength and confidence. We welcome postnatal clients into our apparatus studio for private or group sessions. A Mum & Friendly mat class is available for those who want to continue their practice with the option to bring baby along with them.

    £15/month subscription

    3 month minimum commitment period, rolling monthly subscription continues until cancelled.
