Please explore our studio timetable below and browse our schedule of group and 1:1 sessions in the studio. Consistency is key to seeing results, and our timetable has been designed to help you fit Pilates into your life your way. You can book the class times and types that best suit your schedule on any given week - there is no need to always choose the same class type and time each week, unless you prefer to. Choose the sessions that best suit your schedule and preference.
All Levels: Class is suitable for all levels, from beginners upwards. Each participant will be supported to work in a manner suitable for their needs and abilities. Please note that completion of an induction programme / beginners course is required to join our all levels group apparatus classes. No prior induction is required to join our All Levels mat classes and beginners are welcomed.
Intermediate: Participants are expected to be familiar and competent with the work at foundation level and are ready to work at an intermediate level. Check before booking if you are unsure.
Advanced: A challenging class that requires a good understanding of the work at a minimum of intermediate level, and ready to work at an advanced level. Participation by invitation only.
New to us at the studio?: Group mat classes and 1:1 sessions can be booked without the need for an induction. Please go ahead and use the timetable to book. You will be sent a welcome email upon your first booking. If you would like to join our group apparatus classes you will need to start with an Induction Package to ensure you can work safely and effectively in the group apparatus setting. Find out more here.
