Wellness Sunday - Members Event

Join us for a morning of rejuvenation, self-care, and community at our complimentary Wellness Sunday Members Events, exclusive to Studio Membership subscribers at Be:Poised Pilates and Pilates with Claire.

Tickets are complimentary but strictly limited due to studio space. Tickets sold out in 20 minutes so we have added an afternoon session to help meet demand. If your preferred session is showing as fully booked please add yourself to the waiting list to be notified if a space becomes available.

This March, the focus for our Members Event will be The Art of Breathing - Unlocking the Power of Pilates Through Breath. Here are just some of the treats we have in store for you:

  • Relax and rejuvenate with some wonderful guided meditations and movement sessions to calm the mind, relax the body and bring your focus to your breath

  • Listen in to an enlightening talk exploring the principles of breathing that are rooted in the Pilates method. Hear modern perspectives regarding the role regular breathwork can play in helping us manage stress, sleep, pain and more

  • Enjoy a classical Pilates mat session exploring how Joseph Pilates instructed the breath in his contrology mat work, and exploring how the breath can change how an exercise feels. This is an inclusive session with layers and adaptations to exercises offered to those who need them.

  • Goody bags and time to connect with our studio community
